   I would feel much safer and my quality of life would be improved if my local police would help to fight for my civil rights and constitutional rights. Courts are so difficult to access that it makes it impossible for an average citizen to get their basic rights protected. I am an example. If trusted community support each and every individual citizen like myself more can be accomplished and more efficiently.
