In compliance with New Jersey’s Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 213 of PL 1975, the Borough of Edgewater Mayor and Council have scheduled a Special Meeting to be held on
Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Borough Hall, 55 River Road, Edgewater , New Jersey. The purpose of this meeting is to;
Closed Session to discuss pending litigation, followed by open session so that action may be taken by the Mayor and Council.
