Curb your dog and keep them leashed at all times. It is also very important to keep some baggies handy to clean up after your dog. Owners who have dogs off-leash, unlicensed, in the wrong areas, or who do not pick up after their dogs are subject to receiving a summons.

Yes. Your dog must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your dog. However dogs are not permitted in any Borough parks or recreation areas at any time, unless specified as a park permitting dogs.
