Rent Leveling Board

The Rent Leveling Board of the Borough of Edgewater meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at Edgewater Borough Hall, 55 River Road in the council chambers.

The Rent Leveling Board Meeting Scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, January 27, 2026 has been adjourned due to the extreme weather conditions the parking lot has been partially cleared but there is still snow piles in the lot and there is no heat on this side of the building of Borough Hall at this time. We are adjourning this meeting until February 24, 2025 6:00 pm.

In accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975.  Notice is hereby given that the Edgewater Rent Leveling board will meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM unless otherwise advertised.  The meetings will be held in the Municipal Council Chambers, located at 55 River Road, Edgewater, New Jersey. The dates are as follows:
